Jean-Pierre Boissel, MD, PhD

Prof. Boissel is one of the cofounders of Eudipharm. He is also a cardiologist, professor emeritus in clinical pharmacology (University Claude Bernard Lyon), and a pioneer in the meta-analytical approach. He has written a large number of articles in the field and has coauthored two books on meta-analysis. He invented the therapeutic model. He also relates evidence-based medicine to public health interests.

He helped found several start-ups in the field of clinical trials and pharmacologic clinical research. Prof. Boissel also founded the Theoretical Medicine Institute and the first French Cochrane Center.
