Dominique Dubois, MD
Dr. Dubois is the Managing Director of Patient Value Solutions (PVS) Consultancy in Huldenberg, Belgium. He is also a principal consultant in health-economics and patient-reported outcomes research. Formerly Dominique was Director Health Economics, L&A and PRO liaison, Global Health Economics & Pricing at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Services, division of Janssen Pharmaceutica (1995-2008). From 1981-1994, he acted as area medical director at Pfizer Central Research, responsible for the management of Phase II and III clinical trials in Benelux and Switzerland.
He is a lecturer in pharmaco-economics and member of the Board of Examiners of the Pharmed postgraduate master program in pharmacology and pharmaceutical medicine (since 1993) at the University of Brussels (ULB). Dr. Dubois holds a Diploma of Doctor in Medicine at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and is a physician specialist in Pharmaceutical Medicine and fellow of the Belgian College of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FBCPM). In addition, he is a Fellow (since 1993) and board member (2006 - ) of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FPM) of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom. President (1984-1992) and board member of the Belgian Association of Pharmaceutical Physicians.
